What we offer

Polygon-2

Hands-on mentorship. In addition to your manager and team members, Absci interns are paired with a summer-long mentor who provides guidance on navigating project challenges, provides support on daily operational activities, and facilitates building relationships at Absci.

A beautiful workplace. Absci's state-of-the-art campus comes with a plethora of perks. A well-equipped gym, game room, and library. Catered meals from local purveyors with healthy snacks and kombucha on tap. Electric car charging stations. Dogs on campus.

Absci is a global company with a state-of-the-art lab and headquarters in the beautiful Pacific Northwest US, ten minutes from Portland, Oregon, and just an hour away from world-class alpines and rugged Pacific coastlines.

What

Summer projects are 10-12 weeks long and are designed to teach interns about daily operations at Absci as well as to encourage individual thought and creativity to solve our unique challenges.

Interns are given a balance of guidance and responsibility for their project work and will showcase their final projects to the organization in August.
